Who we are

OUR HISTORY

City Lift Church was founded in 2018 by Pastors Matt and Alyssa Shull in their townhome in Weston. Matt and Alyssa have been in full-time ministry for almost 20 years and felt the call of God to plant a church in South Florida. What started with 4 people has bloomed into an authentic, loving, life-giving community. City Lift made its home in Northeast High School in Oakland Park for two years before moving online due to the pandemic. God opened a door for us in downtown Fort Lauderdale at General Provision, where the church has grown and flourished for over four years. Now we get to continue the next chapter of our journey at ArtServe and pursue God’s mission to reach the people of Ft. Lauderdale.

Our Vision is to be a church for the people of Fort Lauderdale to help them connect with God and others.

MISSION

Our Mission is to help people meet, know, and follow Jesus.

PURPOSE

Our Purpose is to love God and love others.
