Pastor Matt & Alyssa Shull
Matt & Alyssa are the pastors of City Lift and have been in full-time ministry for almost 20 years. They have had the opportunity to preach the gospel in many countries along with pastoring in the United States. They spent the first ten years in youth ministry in Oklahoma and here in South Florida. They planted City Lift Church in 2018. What started with 4 people has bloomed into an authentic, loving, life-giving community.
Pastor Matt was born and raised in Indiana where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2005. Pastor Matt has a passion to teach God’s Word that relates to this generation.
Alyssa is originally from Michigan and graduated in 2008 from Oral Roberts University with a degree in multimedia productions. She ran a conference for teen girls called “The Pink Lid” from 2009-2019. She also wrote a book for teens girls called ‘Purely Beautiful: A Young Woman’s Guide To Knowing Her Worth.’
Matt and Alyssa have been married for 18 years and have 4 children.
